This personal platform is comprehensive and includes ongoing support and choice of a variety of services to create a full marketing plan including email marketing campaigns, brochure and offering memorandum development, content and website management, property data management on listing services, special projects and more.

Full Service Support

Day-to-Day Support: Constant communication with client to perform/review edits on marketing brochures and offering memorandums and ongoing marketing projects.

Custom Solutions: We can work with you to create a custom marketing plan such as the re-design/re-branding of your marketing brochures.

Weekly Planning: Marketing scheduling meetings every week to review on-going projects and plan campaigns, upcoming presentations and special projects.

Solutions Per Service Unit (Pick & Choose Individual Services Needed)

We can provide marketing solutions/services on a per unit basis as well. Each service will be provided on a case-by case basis (see example hourly time breakdown below).
