A well rounded real estate marketing professional with over 9 years of experience, Patrick carries a wide variety of skills relative to the industry. He began his career with Silver Commercial Brokerage/Silver Companies in the summer of 2010 where he led overall brand strategies, marketing plan development and implementation. He was also key with implementing strategies that increased brand recognition, growth, production and results for the company.
Most recently Patrick was the Commercial Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite in Fredericksburg, Virginia. At Coldwell he was crucial in developing unique marketing strategies that increased the overall profitability and sales production of the company’s commercial real estate office.
